Of course, it’s in Los Angeles, and I don’t have money for it at the moment. But it is comforting to know they’re still out there...

I always dug the ones a little bit older than that. They look properly muscly for a little Japanese car.

I think the round light ones look pretty weird, but I like the square light ones. My personal choice would be a 1985 GT-S notchback, but I wouldn’t throw an RA40 out of bed.

I always loved that it got the same 20R as the hilux. Not sure why I find this so satisfying. Maybe that Toyota saw fit to pick a bomb-proof cast iron 4cyl in their “sportier” car option because of durability over performance? I dunno.
